When Should We Arrive and Depart?
“Check-in time is after 16:00. Check out of our self-catering apartment is by 10:00 a.m. to allow us time to prepare the apartment for guests arriving in Guernsey.
What If I Arrive Early?
You are welcome to leave your luggage with us while you walk into St Peter Port, relax by the pool during the summer months or kick back in our large reception area. Of course, if your self-catering apartment is ready you may check in early.
Is Smoking or Vaping Allowed?
NO. By Guernsey law, self-catering apartments, balconies and garden areas are strickly non-smoking or vaping. There are designated smoking areas for our guests who wish to smoke. We kindly ask that you are considerate of non-smoking guests.
Are Pets Allowed in the Self-Catering Apartments?
No. Although we love pets, we have a strict no-pet policy as some guests may be allergic .
Are Towels, Linens, Pillows, and Duvets Supplied?
Yes, all beds are made, and the apartments are stocked with bath and hand towels. Beach towels are provided when the pool is open. We also supply full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Do You offer Wifi and Laundry Facilities
Yes. Wifi is complimentary. Guest laundry is located in main building and takes £1 coins.
Do You Supply Washing-up Liquid?
Yes, to start you off, we supply washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, tea towels, cleaning products, cloths, and toilet rolls.
Do You Supply A Welcome Pack?
Biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar sachets and a quart of our lovely Guernsey milk are supplied on arrival.
Where Is the Nearest Supermarket?
Waitrose™ in St Peter Port is less than one mile away (1.2 km). A convenience store is located a seven-minute walk away.
Where Are the Nearest Pubs and Restaurants?
The nearest pub and restaurant is a five-minute walk; however, Guernsey boasts more than 20 restaurants and 10 pubs in St Peter Port within a 15-minute walk.
Are the Apartments Serviced?
Yes, the self-catering holiday apartments are serviced weekly by our professional in-house staff. On departure, we ask our guests to, please, dispose of all rubbish and recycling bags, empty the refrigerator and leave the property and its contents clean and tidy.
Do I Have to Book for an Entire Week for My Visit?
Standard bookings are for a period of one week but there may be flexibility at quieter times to offer shorter stays with a minimum of three nights.
What Days Can I Arrive?
Typically, our self-catering holidays run from Saturday to Saturday, however, at quieter times we may be able to offer other arrival days. During certain months, we offer Wednesday to Wedsnesday bookings.
What about Cancellations?

Is There a Manager On-Site?
Yes. Office hours varies throughout the seasons and we respond to emails quickly.

Our apartments provide a convenient base to explore Guernsey's unique shops, fresh seafood restaurants, cultural offerings and outdoor experiences. After a day out and about during the summer months, we invite you to relax by our salt water heated pool. The following outings, all a short distance and easily accessible from Albany Apartments:
